Engineering with Paper by FiftyThree
The Paper by FiftyThree iPad app continues to be my go to resource to analyze and solve engineering problems. Paper allows me to make sketches and free body diagrams of engineering problems that brings a new perspective to problem solving that is not achievable on physical paper with a pencil. Here is a collage of some of my favorite sketches thus from from Electrical Control Systems and Engineering Mechanics.

Engineering Dynamics - Space Mechanics
In space mechanics the eccentricity value determines the trajectory of a satellite launched from the Earth. If the initial velocity Vo is less than the speed required to reach circular orbit Vc, the satellite will go on a crash trajectory to the Earth. If Vc is met, the eccentricity calculation will determine the trajectory. This sketch illustrates four possible trajectories i.e. circular, elliptical, parabolic or hyperbolic that can be achieved based on the calculated eccentricity.
